As a result of his career of over thirty years, Thomas F. Lennon has developed an extensive background in all areas of business and accounting practices. As a CPA, Mr. Lennon specialized in the audits of publicly held companies in the hotel and real estate industries for a nationally known accounting firm. His financial background was further enhanced by his work as a Financial Consultant. Mr. Lennon’s business background includes being President and CEO of a real estate developer specializing in mobile home parks. During the time he held this position, over $40 million in 18 projects were sold within one year resulting in 1350 shareholders receiving four times the market value for their shares. He was Corporate Controller for a company in Chapter XI and successfully formulated and implemented a Plan of Reorganization.

As a Receiver and Trustee, Mr. Lennon has worked successfully with the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Department of Labor and various Bankruptcy Courts and U.S. District Courts. He has experience in the industries of telecommunications, oil and gas production, real estate development and investment funds management. Throughout his career, Mr. Lennon has acquired the skills and knowledge that provide him with a unique perspective and allow him to understand and resolve problems that occur in the operation of a business.

Mr. Lennon is proficient in all of the areas required and is eminently qualified to investigate, administer, liquidate and negotiate as required to protect the rights of investors, creditors and others associated parties and to achieve the goals of the government agencies involved while carrying out the instructions of the courts.
